Capital, infrastructure, and platforms ,
underwritten with discipline.
Patterns Private Capital underwrites, structures, and deploys capital across AI infrastructure, real estate, private credit, and emerging asset classes , as a principal in Europe and North America, and through regional JVs in the Middle East and Asia. Advisory mandates are accepted selectively in markets where we already hold positions.

Principal first.
Advisor by extension.
We deploy our own capital, and we underwrite selectively for institutions. The two postures share one analytical spine , which is the only reason the advisory exists.
- 01Posture
Principals and advisors
We hold positions in AI data centre capacity, real estate, and structured vehicles across our four regional platforms. We also accept a limited number of advisory mandates each year, almost always in markets where we are already a principal. Advisory is the surface that connects us to the operators and institutions we end up partnering with, not a separate revenue line.
- 02Intelligence
Causara, the spine we run our book on
Causara is the proprietary decision software the firm built to underwrite its own positions: mapping causal drivers, attaching evidence to claims, pressure-testing assumptions, and monitoring whether a thesis still holds as conditions change. The advisory exists in part because the same instrument is useful to a small number of institutions on their own decisions, and because client work, run on the same platform, sharpens the principal book in return.
- 03Research
PatternTheories, published research
PatternTheories is the firm's research and publishing arm. The work that underwrites our own positions becomes, when appropriate, published analysis on the macroeconomic, geopolitical, and technological patterns shaping capital. It is how we test ideas in public before they become positions.
One discipline,
several decision contexts.
Patterns Private Capital works at the intersection of capital, infrastructure, real assets, and strategic platforms, applying the same underwriting discipline across markets, theses, vehicles, capital architecture, and the conditions that shape outcomes.
Capital Strategy · CreditProject finance, asset-backed & private credit
Senior, mezzanine, NAV, GPU, and hull-backed facilities structured into the same theses we underwrite as principal, from AI campuses to real estate to maritime.
AI Infrastructure · Real AssetsAI infrastructure, incl. mining-site conversions
AI data-centre capacity, GPU financing, and the conversion of retiring mining and industrial sites, where firm power and interconnect already exist, into institutional-grade AI campuses via regional JVs.
Institutional IntelligenceCausara, the pattern-recognition engine
The proprietary system the firm built to identify emerging structural patterns, attach evidence to claims, and monitor whether a thesis still holds as conditions change.
Regional Platforms · JVsPrincipal positions, four regions
Direct positions in Europe and North America; JV platforms in the Middle East and Asia, in AI infrastructure, real estate, private credit, and emerging asset classes.
On the advisory side, the work resolves into seven recurring functions, from market and sector intelligence through to thesis monitoring once capital is committed.
Where Patterns Private Capital is engaged.
Europe and North America are executed directly from Zurich and Miami. The Middle East and Asia are executed through Patterns GCC and Patterns Asia, the regional JV platforms.

17 FEB 2026 · PATTERNTHEORIESTrade Corridors as the New Economic Map
How corridors, not countries, are defining the new geography of economic gravity. As the multilateral trading order fragments and supply chains restructure, integrated systems of ports, rail, digital infrastructure, and regulatory alignment are replacing national borders as the primary units of economic analysis.
10 FEB 2026 · PATTERNTHEORIESThe Great Rebalancing: Power, Trade and Strategy in the Multipolar Era
The unipolar moment is over. What follows is not a tidy transfer of hegemony but something messier, more volatile, and without modern precedent. An evidence based analysis of the forces reshaping global power, trade and investment.
01 MAY 2025 · PATTERNTHEORIESThe Strategic Reordering - U.S. Debt, Infrastructure, and the New Architecture of Global Power
The architecture of global power has always relied on more than contracts, armies, or natural resources. It has relied, above all, on trust. Today, that foundation is shifting through a quiet, incremental erosion.
The reasoning layer beneath institutional decisions.
Institutions do not fail because they lack information. They fail when reasoning becomes fragmented, assumptions remain implicit, system dynamics are misunderstood, and decisions are not revisited as conditions change.
Convincing materials are easier to produce than ever. Patterns Private Capital focuses on the harder question: whether the evidence, assumptions, structure, and causal logic behind a thesis actually hold.
For LPs and Lenders
A defensible thesis with traceable evidence and counter-evidence already addressed, updated through deployment.
For Managers
A joint venture at GP economics. Patterns Private Capital designs the thesis and the investor or lender architecture; the manager runs deployment.
For Institutions
A selective advisory engagement in a market where we are already a principal, run on the same intelligence platform we use on our own book.
For Principals
Outcome-linked partnerships through GP economics, equity, revenue share, or co-ownership of a vehicle.
